About the Role
As an Ads Specialist at Like IT Global you manage paid campaigns for our clients. You own strategy, setup, daily optimisation, and monthly reporting across multiple platforms. Our clients are primarily B2B companies in Sweden and internationally who need lead generation and sales from paid media.
You'll have direct access to client ad accounts and real budgets from day one. Your success is measured in CPL, ROAS, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Build and launch campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn campaigns for B2B lead gen
- Write compelling ad copy and brief the creative team on visuals
- Monitor performance daily and optimise for CPL, ROAS, and conversions
- Set up and audit conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager
- Deliver clear monthly client reports with insights and next steps
- A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages continuously
- Stay on top of platform updates, new ad formats, and algorithm changes
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on paid ads experience (Google Ads required)
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 5 000 kr or more
- Analytical mindset β comfortable reading data and making optimisation decisions
- Good written English; Swedish is a plus
Nice to Have
- Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or YouTube)
- Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or HubSpot CRM
- Basic knowledge of landing page CRO
