About the Role
As an Account Manager at Like IT Global you are responsible for finding new clients and closing deals for our digital marketing services β lead generation, paid ads, websites, SEO, and AI marketing solutions. This is a fully commission-based role with uncapped income and recurring monthly payouts that grow as your client base grows.
You are the first step in every deal. Your job is to identify the right businesses, reach out, present our services, and close. Once a client signs, you continue earning every single month they stay with us.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and reach out to B2B companies that could benefit from digital marketing
- Present and sell Like IT Global's services via phone, email, and video calls
- Book and hold sales meetings with decision-makers
- Close deals and hand new clients over to our production team
- Build and manage your growing client portfolio
- Book meetings for warm clients (existing customers) and earn per qualified booking
- Track your pipeline and report on activity to management

Compensation
Earn 25% Every Month
Your commission is 25% of each client's monthly payment β every month, until the client cancels. The more clients you close, the more you earn passively each month on top of new deals.

You're a Good Fit If You
- Are motivated by performance β you want your income to reflect your effort
- Have experience in sales, outreach, or B2B appointment setting (not required but a plus)
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish and/or English
- Are self-driven and can manage your own time and pipeline
- Want to build something long-term with a growing company
